Enrollments Again
Well, more urgings from the college to increase enrollment, even though the semester is already underway. Wonder, where we are going to find the rooms, the adjuncts, etc. And what about insuring quality of instruction? Just add more and more students so that we have more and more money.

Well, I have the latest information on enrollments.
From fall 2006 to fall 2010, HIS 101 enrollments on campus have gone from 325 to 525. Total campus enrollments in 101, 102, 111 and 112 have gone from 403 to 721.
Now, check out our online enrollments:
HIS 101 from 142 to 385 students
HIS 101, 102, 111, 112, 135, 241, 242, 253, 266 (my courses): from 285 to 772 students! A triple!
Let's total up some numbers.
From 2006 to 2010, the number of students in the HIS courses that I teach (plus my adjuncts) =
685 to 1493!
As a side note, of the 1,493 students this semester, about 650 will be taught by full-time faculty
